Nevados de Sollipulli is a company which is specialized on expeditions (Trekking, Hiking, Riding, Canyoning) in the region of the Araucania. Born out of the idea to offer a comprehensive service with excellent quality for all lovers of these different disciplines – no matter if you are an amateur, enthusiastic or a professional – this eco-camponthevergeof the Sollipulli was built.

We are specialized on expeditions to the Vulcan Sollipulli. We discover this mystic Vulcan and its surroundings, which are integrated in the National Reserves Villarica, for more than eight years and explore from day to day new destinations in this region, which you can discover in future expeditions.

The Mountain-Lodge “Nevados de Sollipulli” is situated in the northeast of the Vulcan Sollipulli, in an area of more than 500 hectares, in the middle of the mountain chain of the Chilean Andes, in the commune of Melipeuco. In the surrounding we can find a unique, spectacular landscape, which visitors call one of the most beautiful ones in Chile.

Spectacular mountain-formations, glaciers, rivers, lakes, lagoons, ancient Nothofagus and Araucaria woods and moreover a diverse Fauna, which is mostly presented by foxes, pumas, pudus, jabalies and other birds like the condor, woodpeckers andflower birds, are part in this natural spectacle.

This mountain-lodge, which is the basis of all activities and trips, was built in regard to the environment and its protection. Thisprotection integrates: special treatment of wastewater, production of own energy by hydro power and recycling. Our excursions take place below the observant glance of this colossus, the Vulcan Sollipulli, which has in the interior of its caldera the biggest glacier, which can be found in the middle of a crater.
